8:00 AM - 9:00 AM	FREE: Outdoor Yoga Series - FREE: Outdoor Yoga Series with Nourished Roots Yoga Join us bright and early for a refreshing FREE outdoor yoga class which will be hosted by Thomaston's New Yoga Studio: Nourished Roots Yoga.The morning practice is the perfect way to start your day off with a sense of tranquility and vitality, all while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.This class is being offered from 8am-9am - We practice early to fully enjoy the rest of our day!** We are expecting a large group so please be prepared to be on the field.  Towels are suggested. ** Please try and bring your own Yoga mat (any problems, call the rec office)

3:20 PM - 4:45 PM	After School Field Hockey Clinic - Field Hockey Clinic Grades 1 - 3 This introduction to Field Hockey is being taught by experienced field hockey coach, Mrs. Callahan and Thomaston High Senior Grace Kociszewski.
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM	Adult Pick-Up Basketball @ TCS - Adult Pick-Up Basketball Adult Pick-Up Basketball League RETURNS!All players or spectators, must be at least 25+ years of age to enter the school at this time:Program fees are based on the totality of the program rather than a nightly fee. Snow dates or cancellations will not be rescheduled for this season.   Proper gym shoes are required.  Please bring your own basketball if possible. When Thomaston Public Schools are closed this program is cancelled. Adult Pick Up Basketball League Notes: - Registration is required prior to participation.- When schools are closed, this activity is canceled.
